I have huge crack through out my stucco ever since I bought my home and Alpine Homes refused to fix it or take responsibility for it. I also had a neighbor over for dinner a few months ago and took them on a tour of my house. My neighbor has the same home plan. On the tour my neighbor noticed that Alpine Homes had not put the rod to hang clothes on some of our closets. So I contacted Alpine Homes and they told me I should of caught that at my final walk through. How would I know that I was supposed to have rods in all my closets. And why did they not catch it. They refused to fix it. I have had many other issues with Alpine Homes and they refuse to fix anything. They say they will but then they lie and come up with excuses. They always make there problem your problem.and I would advise not to build with them.
