Poor Quality at Alpine Homes

I wrote Alpine Homes a letter last winter telling them that my ground is sinking around my home due to the fact that the ground was not compacted around the foundation properly.  Due to the improper compacting the ground under my driveway has sunken 5-6 inches and causing water to flow underneath the driveway.  The front step has crack and separated 3 inches due to poor compaction of the ground and the water is following the cracks and making things worst.  On the east side of the house the ground has dropped 4-5 inches causing the fence to drop and to be uneven; the electric box piping has broken also because of the ground sinking.  The backside of the house has sunk 4-5 inches causing the concrete pad coming out of the garage to sink and water is now going underneath the pad causing more damage.  Alpine Homes wrote me back last winter saying that they would get back with me in the spring and I have not heard anything back yet (May 2012).
