Alpine Homes has responded to my email that they don't think it is an issue and won't fix it. I wrote a response to them but I have my doubts they care.

If the outlet box is in the middle then that outlet box is fine, but that still doesn't change that the other 3 are out of reach. My wife shouldn't have to stand on a stool to access the disposal. It should be placed closer to the sink. The light above the sink should be placed near the window and sink as well. The location is wrong. There is no code that says logically where a switch should be. I expect you to make a judgement call and it seems you have misjudged. If you were building your own home would you put those switches where they are located? I don't thnk so. The switches are not well placed at all. There is no reason to place them where you have. It makes no sense. I want them changed. You made a mistake. Please fix it. Now is the time. It will not be prudent to fix when everything else is installed.

I feel like I have been doing everything I could possibly do to keep on top of issues only to be given a response that they will do nothing. It is like a broken record at this point.
