The Alpine Homes agent Brad Morgan was interacting with the design center girl Sara Reheis and basically said he just had a conversation with me and I was not happy about things. He then mentioned that he wasn't surprised. He used the word "shocker". It was really a very unprofessional email and doesn't give me any confidence that they care at all if I am a happy customer. What do I do now that I am under contract? I will tell you what I do. Nothing. I can't do anything. I am under contract and the builder has a plan that he won't let me see. He can do anything he wants and blame it on the original plans. If you don't want to be in this situation, I suggest getting the plans from the builder even if he says they can't give them to you. They really can if you won't sign a contract unless you are given the plans. It all revolves around the original contract. If you don't sign unless certain things are provided then they will provide them. If they won't then you walk. If a company won't show you the plans of the house they are building for you then you should walk. Alpine Homes wouldn't give me a copy of any details.
