Denied By Alpine Homes Again

After sending an image to Alpine Homes and explaining in more detail the specifics of the code violation they denied me again.

They denied me again. I got the email today saying that nothing has changed since their last decision. They are willing to leave a code violation that can cause a fire and or carbon monoxide in my home. I think Alpine Homes has a responsibility to fix issues like this.

I spoke with the city inspector yesterday and he agreed that this was a code violation. I spoke with several HVAC professionals and every one of them agreed that this was a code violation. They also told me that if the proper ventilation is not maintained for the furnace and water heater I will be filling the house with carbon monoxide. Not only that but the furnace can start on fire at worst and at the least it will decrease the life and efficiency of my furnace and water heater. Alpine Homes will not fix it. This is outrageous to me.
