Every week the driveway seems to be getting worse. The spalling is taking hold.

The trim on the front of my home that was fixed last fall is cracked again.

I just noticed that my concrete driveway is starting to spall. It is only a year and a half old.

I recently noticed the stucco on the north side of my house is bubbling in places and starting to flake off.

 

Four of my kitchen cabinet doors have stripped screws and are falling off.

I called them 5 times and they don't answer the phone. Although if I call with another phone they answer immediately.

 

The trim on the front of my home has deep wide cracks on the stucco trim.

The leak that Alpine Homes told me they fixed is back. Apparently slathering caulk on stuff doesn't fix it.

I am still waiting to hear back from Alpine Homes about the vent issue.

After sending an image to Alpine Homes and explaining in more detail the specifics of the code violation they denied me again.
