Water Leaking Again

Alpine Homes has left me another Easter egg and this time it's even close to Easter. The same problem window is leaking again.

My Alpine Homes built home is having problems again. I thought we had most things fixed but it seems more things are starting to come to the surface. I have owned the home a little over a year and my window in the living room is starting to leak. It has been raining today and the window is dripping from the top of the frame. This means it was not properly sealed from the outside of the home. Improperly sealed windows is a sign of an incorrectly installed window. I submitted a warranty request. They still owe me a warranty request for the cracked stucco on the front trim and a warranty request for the leaking cold storage.
