Alpine Homes Seems to be Screening My Calls

I called them 5 times and they don't answer the phone. Although if I call with another phone they answer immediately.

So I called the other day to get an update on my warranty requests and they told me they would leave a message and he would call back. Well it has been a week and no return phone call. Great customer service? I have one warranty request that has not received a response for going on 2 months. The other 2 requests I had made just recently. Their warranty contract says they will respond with a phone call within 72 hours. They have NEVER done that. I have always had to call them and now they seem to be screening my calls. All I want is for the problems with my house to be taken care of in a timely manner by Alpine Homes.

I called them with my phone I always call with. I get the answering machine. Then I called with my other phone. They answered instantly. Interesting, so I call again with my phone and no answer again. I call again with my phone. No answer again. Hmm.
