Poorly Installed Floor

The wood floor in my home is not square with the walls. I noticed it about 3 weeks after I moved in. I called the super and he said to submit a warranty request. It was denied. They said that the floor was properly installed and that appearance was not covered under the warranty and that it should have been addressed at the buyers walk. What a joke these people are.
