Neighbor 2

Neighbor 2 told me they had trouble with the attic furnace. It wasn't installed correctly causing it to leak water right through the ceiling. Alpine Homes repaired this issue under warranty. A few months later it had the same problem. An HVAC contractor said it was installed incorrectly and the fix was just a patch. The drain pan was also in the wrong place. They eventually had Alpine Homes fix it again. It would be nice if they would just do it right the first time. It took three times before it was working correctly.

This same neighbor told me water was streaming in through the front window during a recent rain storm. He went up and sealed the window himself since the window wasn't sealed sufficiently.
